We have been looking at what makes up one’s identity. Our Identities are made up from physical traits, character traits, and how we interact with our community (i.e. relationships). You will do a scavenger hunt throughout the last twenty-seven pages that we have read in I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings. In the scavenger hunt you will search for physical traits, character traits and how the four main characters (i.e. Marguerite, Bailey, Momma, and Uncle Willie) relate to one another. After you identify the characteristics that make up these characters, you will describe them in your own words.
