ACE Charter High Family
It is with a heavy heart that I express the loss of Adrian Rodriguez and Bernard MaKuaole. Both ACE graduates from the class of 2020 died in a car crash in the Malibu Canyon last night. We are all devasted as those of in the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades would have interacted with both gentlemen. They were easy-going, super friendly, and didn't deserve to pass this way. I have heard from both their mothers, and both state how overwhelmed they are by the show of outreach and support, and asked that we respect their privacy at this time. ACE is holding grieving rooms for all staff, students, and graduates to come in and chat with us so we can all work through this together.
